Αὐτόμαται δείλῃ ποτὶ ταὔλιον αἱ βόες ἦλθον
ἐξ ὄρεος, πολλῇ νειφόμεναι χιόνι·
αἰαῖ, Θηρίμαχος δὲ παρὰ δρυὶ τὸν μακρὸν εὕδει
