Ἐρωτηθεὶς δὲ πότερον Ἀχιλλεύς ἐβούλετ’ ἂν ἢ Ὅμηρος εἶναι, “σὺ δ’ αὐτός,” ἔφη, “πότερον ἤθελες ὁ νικῶν Ὀλυμπίασιν ἢ ὁ κηρύττων τοὺς νικῶντας εἶναι;”
